How do you wirte a really good research paper?

I need to write a research paper on the Platypus. And I have all my information I need but Idk how to write a research paper and make it interesting enough to make readers wanna keep reading. Also, I'm not sure how to write each paragraph and where to put things that make the paper flow together. Yeaaa. It's kinda hard to explain. But please help me if you can ?? I need any input I can get.
