How can i move Apps on my SD Card to my Internal Memory?

I downloaded a bunch of video's and put them on my phone by placing the files into AndroZip, which i can then view the androzip file in androzip and watch the videos. Thing is, Androzip is on my SD card and all the downloading is taking up a lot of space since i only have about a total of 1 1/2 Gigs of memory on my SD card. Any help?
