Trading in old PS3 for slim?

so i have the old 80 gig PS3 (the first ones that came out).... I have been wanting to trade it in for a new slim ....anyone know like how/where i can do that??? and there's nothing wrong with my old PS3 its in perfect condition practically new .....and do you think its worth trading it ??? ....k thanks =)
