Sounds like you have an UTI with and yeast infection that's up high. The bleeding comes from your hemorrhoids so what u should do is drink plenty of water and cranberry juice even AZO's if non of this helps see your GYN due to the fact that you may have had it to long. For tge yeast infection try RePHresh or over the counter monistat never do a one day dose it's to harsh on the vagina so do 3-7 day treatments you will be going back to your GYN on fire if you do a one day dose. For your roids try tucks or witch hazel ( dab with plain facial pads) if nothing helps see your GI doctor good luck
