Who else agrees God made a lot of useless things?

Things like varying weather patterns, wind speed, underwater volcanoes, sea urchins, jelly fish, islands that is too small to support human life, deserts, insects, other planets, the rings around Saturn, the platypus, nine months of pregnancy, the angler fish, and last but not least OCEANS all that water but he made it into salt water? We can't even drink that... Fresh water would have been so much water God. Seems like a bunch of useless things to me. Wasn't his main goal to test us if we were worthy enough to get into heaven, so why create a bunch of very useless things. He must have gotten a Bachelors degree in interior decorating though because the world is beautiful but full of useless things. If this wasn't obvious I'm clearly an Atheist. So let the comments about passages about God's love and repentance come!
